E7163: Photolithography in Splash Spring 2019 (May. 04 - 05, 2019)
Learn how to make patterns using light through chemistry and engineering!

C6726: Make polymer capsules in Splash Fall 2018 (Dec. 01 - 02, 2018)
Make polymer-based, self-assembled capsules! Learn that self-assembly is a process by which molecules and cells form themselves into functional structures, and that self-assembly is used to make nanosized capsules that can deliver medication, and many more uses.

E6327: Fabricate an Edible Wafer in Splash Spring 2018 (May. 05 - 06, 2018)
You'll learn how scientists and engineers make teeny, tiny electronic devices on the microscale and nanoscale. Understand these techniques so you can fabricate your own wafer using cookies!

C5651: Polymer Science in Splash Spring 2017 (Apr. 22 - 23, 2017)
Polymers are fascinating materials that can be found almost everywhere in our daily lives. From the plastics we buy at the store to the skin on our bones, polymers come in all shapes and sizes. Due to their interesting and special properties, polymers are used in many applications, from flexible materials to electronic devices to complex fluids. In this short course, taught by the Stanford Polymer Collective, we'll learn about polymers through fun hands-on activities that highlight some of their most important properties.
